Just get it the FUC@&$ DONE and HAVE FUN with it! We all know that working out releases serotonin in your brain which makes you feel better. There are tons of different at-home workouts, free instagram classes and different options to change up your workouts.
I’ve always been one for routine & schedule, especially with my training. However now in quarantine, I’m just doing whatever I’m up for mentally and physically.
It’s a relief to not put any pressure on myself and actually have fun working out and doing things I don’t normally do. So... just get it done people and have fun. ESPECIALLY in times like these!
