Started in 2010 by Ironman and Triathlon powerhouse Bill Curcio, Curcio Training seeks to empower experienced athletes and beginners alike to hone their bodies and skills and reach new levels of health and fitness.
Curcio Training provides individualized program design, coaching, and nutritional and health guidance that meets the client wherever they're at—in person or online. All fitness levels are welcome, no equipment is necessary, and training can be at home, outdoors, or in the gym.

Bill Curcio has been in the fitness industry for over 40 years. After 30 years of fitness instruction and personal training at the Greenwich YMCA in Connecticut, he created Curcio Training in 2010 and has been offering personal training, nutrition coaching, and triathlon coaching ever since.
As a NASM and AFAA certified personal trainer and a physical education specialist, and a certified nutrition coach, Bill focuses on youth training, corrective exercise training, and endurance training. He is also certified in CROSSFIT Coaching Fundamentals.
Bill has competed in six Ironman triathlons, dozens of half Ironman triathlons, as well as Olympic-distance triathlons. He is an age-group finisher for the Ironman triathlon and a top-10 finisher in the sprint portion of the Olympic-distance triathlon.
