In spite of not sounding negative and not trying to insult any “so called “ fitness professionals.
Just get it the FUC@&$ DONE! We all know it’s common sense that working out releases serotonin in your brain that makes you feel better, and there’s ton’s in home workouts, free instagram classes, how often or how long to workout. I’ve always been one for routine & schedule especially with my training. Now I’m just doing whatever I’m up for mentally and physically. It’s quite relieving not putting any pressure on myself and actually having fun working out and doing things I don’t normally do. So... just get it done people and have fun. ESPECIALLY in times like these.
